North Central Theological Seminary Enrollment/User Agreement

Please read carefully and insure that you understand all of the issues and restrictions described in this agreement.

For your reference, you may print the text of this agreement. You may also receive a copy of this agreement by writing to the Administrative office:

You must accept the terms of this enrollment/user agreement to receive credits, certificate, degree or graduate from North Central Theological Seminary.

Student enrollment/User Agreement:

This Student Enrollment/User Agreement “AGREEMENT” is a binding agreement between you and North Central Theological Seminary, a Theological educational institution of Christian Vocation Higher learning, a Minnesota 503 (c) religious non profit organization, concerning the content and degree program of all North Central Theological Seminary Online courses, certificate, and religious degree programs. This includes contents of courses lectures in PDF, CD, DVD or streamed formats as well as additional video or audio files, printed material, web-based delivery systems/servers and/or any other present or future delivery technologies.

Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the content of all North Central Theological Seminary courses. It is also protected by specific “Work for Hire” agreements designed by North Central Theological Seminary.

If you are an admitted and registered student, you and only you may access, display and otherwise interact with the content of the specific North Central Theological Seminary course(s). Refer to the seminary catalog for information concerning admissions and registration. You may not share or lend the course content.

You may download those portions of the course content as directed by the course instructor. You may make printed copies of these downloadable content items for your personal course work only. You may not make additional copies of any video lectures, video/audio tapes, or other present & future technological course supplements.

If you are an admitted and registered student, you and only you may access, display and otherwise interact with the content of the specific North Central Theological Seminary course(s). You may not share or lend the course content of North Central Theological Seminary. You may download those portions of the course content as directed by the course instructor. You may make printed copies of these downloadable content items for your personal course work only. You may not make additional copies of any video lectures, video/audio tapes, or other present & future technological course supplements. You recognize that all course supplements including CDs, DVDs, video and audio tapes, including present or future technological supplements remain the property of North Central Theological Seminary and will be returned to the Office of North Central Theological Seminary by the end of the specific course’s semester or immediately if the course is dropped.

I understand that I am free to withdraw from my certificate or degree program at North Central Theological Seminary at anytime. Should I drop out/withdraw from my studies, I understand that North Central Theological Seminary does not offer refund. I further agree that the only circumstance NCTS may forgive me from paying off or continuing to pay my monthly out-of-pocket tuition balance should I withdraw from my studies will be at the Seminary’s discretion on the grounds of extreme hardship, which must be proven by sending a letter via certified mail to the Seminary. I understand that extreme hardships are circumstances resulting from divorce, death in family, sudden unemployment, or illness making it impossible for me to continue my studies.

Notwithstanding, refunds shall be issued to you if you are called into the armed services of your country. To withdraw from your certificate or degree program you must submit certified letter of withdrawal to:

You understand that this Enrollment/User AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND North Central THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY WITH RESPECT TO THE THEOLOGICAL ON-LINE EDUCATION YOU RECEIVE FROM North Central THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR AGREEMENTS, PROPOSALS, REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS OR UNDERSTANDINGS, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL CONCERNING THE ON-LINE THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION YOU RECEIVE FROM CANON RESEARCH THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY. North Central Theological Seminary DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE THE INTELLECTUAL CAPACITY TO COMPLETE YOUR DEGREE PROGRAM. YOU HEREBY UNDERSTAND THAT North Central Theological Seminary DOES NOT AWARD HONORARY DEGREES TO STUDENTS; ALL DEGREES FROM North Central Theological Seminary MUST BE EARNED. IN CASE OF DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CANON RESEARCH THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY, SUCH DISAGREEMENT MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH MEDIATION. SHOULD MEDIATION FAIL, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA.

NOTE: Your admission will be rejected should you decline the terms of this agreement.
